Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a production leader to implement production standards, oversee operations at a plant, and drive efficiency across multiple lines. You will ensure machine utilization, schedule production, and manage resources to meet targets.

Responsibilities include budget planning, continuous improvement, coordinating with Sales and Project Management, and supervising staff while upholding EHS standards and quality commitments.

• Maintains working instructions and guidelines for production sections.
• Contributes to and implements production plans and maintenance programs.
• Coordinates with Sales, Project Management and other functions to execute the manufacturing program.
• Leads and coordinates Management, Professionals and staff.

• Implements defined superior policies and guidelines, and defines and ensures implementation of function specific processes, procedures, methods and/or tools.
• Ensures adherence at any time to relevant internal and local EHS-standards.
• Plans and proposes unit’s budget and decides and allocates financial and personnel resources, within given limits.
• Manages and develops all the respective work flow process to ensure all production targets (Quality, Quantity, Delivery in time) are achieved.
• Designs and proposes short- and midterm development of his production unit (continuous improvement), and sets up and monitors completion of agreed investment projects.
• Ensures optimum machine utilization and product scheduling.
• Ensures availability of working instructions, rules and guidelines for all productions sections, shifts or production lines assigned.
• Contributes to and implements productions plans.
• Evaluates and contributes to implementation of maintenance programs.
• Contributes to planning and supervision of contractor work orders.
• Cooperates with concerned Sales, Project Management and other technical and support functions to execute the manufacturing program.
• Manages organization unit(s) assigned, and leads and/or coordinates dedicated Management, Professionals and staff.

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is

$129,900 - $178,618

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
