Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product programs from planning through production.
• Develop product plans based on customer needs and business goals.
• Monitor project timelines, priorities, and progress.
• Assist with product forecasting and performance tracking.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality on new customer requests.

About the Opportunity

AtWork Personnel – Harrisonburg is recruiting a Product Manager for an established manufacturing company in the Shenandoah Valley. We' re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and connecting the technical and business sides of manufacturing. This position serves as a key link between customers, Sales, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams. The Product Manager will help oversee product programs, address customer concerns, coordinate internal projects, and support overall business performance. This is not a traditional outside sales position. Instead, the focus is on supporting existing business, managing product-related activities, and ensuring customers receive the quality and service they expect.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate product programs from initial planning through ongoing production.
• Help develop product plans based on customer needs and business goals.

What We're Looking For

• Required Qualifications: Bachelor' s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, product management, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience working with different departments in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with AS9100 or similar quality management systems.
• Industry experience or exposure in aerospace, aviation, HVAC, medical, defense, or marine manufacturing.
