Production Manager – Covers (Trillex Music Group)

Join Trillex Music Group, one of the fastest-growing labels in the viral covers space.

We’re looking for a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee all of our cover projects from start to finish.

Your job is to take an approved cover project and ensure it’s executed flawlessly, guiding vocalists, directing producers, managing timelines, and delivering the final product. You’ll work closely with our in-house producers and vocal manager, ensuring every step meets our standards before tracks go live.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee the full production pipeline of cover projects from assignment to final approval
• Coordinate with the vocal team to ensure recordings meet reference-level quality
• Guide producers with clear, detailed feedback to bring projects as close as possible to the original sound while adapting into Trillex’s cover genres
• Manage project priorities (low, normal, high, urgent) and enforce deadlines, ensuring timely delivery without sacrificing quality
• Perform quality control on mixes and masters, stepping in to make improvements when necessary
• Maintain organized project folders with all required files, ensuring consistency, compliance, and readiness for distribution
• Monitor producer capacity and provide weekly reports on progress, quality, and workflow improvements
