Ultimate Staffing in Tucson seeks a hands-on Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and build high-performing teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of manufacturing, operations, or production leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, workplace safety, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, or similar methodologies preferred.

  • Train, coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Support inventory accuracy, material flow, and overall production readiness.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and problem-solving on the production floor.
