TopBuild Corp. seeks a Production Manager to oversee the location's production department, visiting work sites, coordinating schedules and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will drive performance and profitability while leading a team of installers.

The role requires 4+ years of managerial experience, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work local travel with a safety-conscious mindset. This is a safety sensitive position with local travel expectations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience; prefer construction/installation/trades.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the location’s production schedules and visit work sites.
• Support the Branch Manager and improve performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability.
• Manage a team and monitor installers' processes and procedures.
• Interview, hire, onboard, manage performance and develop staff.
• Solicit new business at required margin levels while maintaining existing business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Your Responsibilities

As a Production Manager, you will have full responsibility for all aspects of the location’s production department. You will be responsible for visiting work sites, directing and coordinating production schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction and soliciting new business.

Support the Branch Manager and be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.

Manage a team and monitor the processes and procedures for job activities performed by the installers.

Responsible for all aspects of human resources which include interviewing, hiring, onboarding performance management and development.

Solicit new business at required margin levels while maintaining existing business.

Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications

Minimum of 18 years of age.

If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience; prefer construction/installation/trades.
