Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities to ensure program compliance


• Manage overall production process and quality standards


• Oversee equipment maintenance and efficiency


• Ensure personnel readiness and material availability


• Monitor and optimize production workflowsEnsure the proper functioning of machinery, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance.


• Implement process optimization strategies, waste reduction, and productivity enhancement.


• Assign and redistribute tasks within the team according to operational needs.


• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to operational personnel.


• Participate in strategic decision-making related to production and coordinate with other departments to ensure an efficient workflow.
