GPAC seeks an experienced Production Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in a metal fabrication facility. This hands-on leader manages people, coordinates production, maintains quality standards, and drives safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

The candidate should have a strong general manufacturing management background; metal fabrication, welding, or machining experience is a plus. You will plan, schedule, monitor workflow, and drive continuous improvements across the shop floor

Qualifications

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee day-to-day operations within a metal fabrication manufacturing facility. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for managing people, coordinating production, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

We are open to candidates with a strong general manufacturing management background. Experience in metal fabrication, welding, machining, or a similar environment is helpful but not required.
