The Production Manager is a hands‑on manager responsible for overseeing all production operations while leading continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. This role directly manages production team leads and frontline operators, ensuring effective day‑to‑day execution while driving lean transformation, operational excellence, and sustained performance improvements. The position serves as the critical link between shop floor execution and strategic improvement efforts, balancing leadership presence on the floor with data‑driven decision making and long‑term process optimization.
