Pay: 40-47/hour

Required Skills and Experience:

-Minimum of 5-7 years in production management.

-Experience in sourcing and managing appropriate production crew.

-Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate needs effectively.

-Experience in handling production logistics, including paperwork and payment processing.

-Ability to build production decks and conduct pre and post-production meetings.

-Proven track record in leading production efforts and ensuring deliverables are met.

Bonus Skills and Experience:

-Experience in building a robust library of programming, including app content, intro videos, nutrition programs, and marketing content.

-Relationships in the industry in New York to assist with crew hiring.

-Ability to recruit celebrities for potential projects.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

-Lead production efforts in our New York studio.

-Set up and manage productions, including shooting content, video, and photography.

-Hire and manage crew members such as lighting techs, grips, gaffers, hair and makeup stylists, digital technicians, and audio professionals.

-Coordinate with the senior producer to ensure deliverables are met.

-Communicate effectively with crew members and stakeholders, including VPs.
