Job summary

Simon & Schuster is seeking a Production Manager to support the Adult division. The role oversees manufacturing for 150 titles annually, coordinating across internal teams and external vendors to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Simon & Schuster is seeking a Production Manager to support the Adult division. In this role, the Production Manager will be part of a fast-paced department handling a broad list of frontlist titles, including one-, two-, and four-color hardcover and paperback originals and conversions.

The Production Manager is responsible for all aspects of book manufacturing. This role serves as a key liaison across internal departments and external vendors. It requires crisp communication, strong organizational skills, production expertise, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities
