About Nolo
At Nolo Art Consulting, we believe art has the power to tell stories, strengthen communities, and transform spaces. We partner with leading developers, hospitality brands, healthcare organizations, corporate clients, and designers to create thoughtful, meaningful art programs.
We're a small, highly collaborative team that values creativity, curiosity, ownership, resourcefulness, and continuous improvement. We work hard, care deeply about our clients, and genuinely enjoy building something together.
Position Summary
We are seeking an organized, proactive Production Manager to lead the production phase of our art consulting projects from approved artwork packages through installation and completion.
This person will coordinate the many moving pieces required to turn a creative vision into a finished installation, working closely with our curatorial and procurement teams as well as clients, artists, framers, fabricators, freight companies, installers, and other partners.
The ideal candidate loves details, appreciates a well-built spreadsheet, communicates proactively, and gets real satisfaction from bringing order to complexity.
This is both a leadership role and a hands-on role. You'll lead the production process and you'll also be in the weeds doing the work. Think Production Manager, problem solver, logistics wrangler, and occasionally, cat wrangler.
Compensation
$70,000-$80,000 annually, based on experience, plus health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
