Job description

The Production Manager is responsible for managing and directing production activities within our manufacturing facility. This role coordinates the production of goods, ensures machines are repaired and running smoothly, and manages staff on production lines and in fabrication. The Production Manager provides technical and quality support to ensure all manufactured products are built in compliance with required codes and specifications and, most importantly, meet customer expectations.

• Correct problems on the production line, including testing machines for damage and malfunctions.
• Adjust production levels and staffing across different product lines to minimize inventory levels.
• Monitor product standards.

• Coordinate with different departments within the manufacturing facility.
• Manage communication with managers, suppliers and procurement departments.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety programs.
• Cross-train worker teams to maximize production flexibility.

Required

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Education and Certification

Work Schedule

• The standard schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm. Additional hours, including Fridays, may be required to meet deadlines or complete assignments.
