Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing experience — required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; textiles industry background ideal.
• Strong, practical knowledge of manufacturing mechanics and machinery.
• Ability to think outside the box and problem-solve on the floor.
• Open to: experienced Maintenance Technicians or Supervisors stepping up.

• One shift with staggered start times — some team members start at 6:00am, others at 7:00am

About the Role

This is a newly created Production Manager opportunity with real growth potential built in. The role was created as part of a broader succession plan on-site, giving the right person visibility into future leadership opportunities as the company continues to grow. You'll take hands-on ownership of day-to-day production floor operations, leading a 32-person team and playing a key role in keeping manufacturing running efficiently and on schedule.

What You'll Do

• Run the day-to-day operations of the production floor
• Oversee inventory
• Provide hands-on, hourly-level leadership across a 32-person manufacturing team
• Understand and troubleshoot equipment and processes firsthand — this is not a purely administrative role

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on manufacturing experience — required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; textiles industry background ideal
• Strong, practical knowledge of manufacturing mechanics and machinery
• Ability to think outside the box and problem-solve on the floor
• Also open to: experienced Maintenance Technicians (15+ years in textiles), Maintenance Managers, Operations Managers, or strong hourly Supervisors ready to step up
