We are seeking a Production Manager to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our in-house manufacturing and assembly operations. In this role, you’ll oversee build schedules, coordinate cross-functional workflows, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-time hardware to support development and deployment of our autonomous surface vessels. Preferred

• Experience in defense, aerospace, or maritime production environments.
• Familiarity with low-rate initial production (LRIP) or hardware startup manufacturing models.
• Background with MES, ERP, or digital manufacturing tools.
• Knowledge of IPC standards or military build documentation.
