Job summary

TGG Accounting is seeking a hands-on Production Manager in Leesburg, FL, to own warehouse operations, inventory, receiving, and shipping with a strong emphasis on team leadership. This full-time, onsite role requires on-floor management and collaboration with production to meet changing priorities.

You will lead a 10–15 person team across warehouse functions, ensure cycle counts and accuracy, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production management or leadership experience.
• Directly managed warehouse employees and accountability for performance.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counts, audits, reconciliation, shipping, receiving, and material flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across multiple buildings and areas.
• Directly manage a team of 10–15 employees across warehouse, inventory, receiving, and shipping functions.
• Provide hands-on leadership through coaching, performance reviews, and development.
• Maintain a visible presence on the warehouse floor and address operational challenges.
• Own inventory accuracy, cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution.
• Oversee receiving and shipping activities to move materials and finished goods efficiently.
• Coordinate material flow and transfers with production and operations teams.
• Monitor shortages, replenishment, and overall material availability.
• Investigate discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain safe, organized warehouse environments compliant with quality and GMP standards.
• Use inventory systems to monitor activity and improve accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen processes and overall performance.
• Communicate inventory status and priorities to leadership and cross-functional teams.

We are partnering with a growing, health-and-wellness-focused manufacturing organization known for its vibrant culture, polished team, and high energy environment. They are seeking an experienced ProductionManager to take ownership of warehouse operations, inventory, receiving, shipping, and team leadership.

Thisisanexcellentopportunityforapolished, hands-on leader who knows how to manage people while remaining closely connected to the day-to-day operation. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage exclusively from behind a desk. The ideal candidate has directly overseen warehouse employees, understands inventory inside and out, and is comfortable stepping onto the floor, troubleshooting issues, and working alongside the team when needed.

The position oversees operations across multiple warehouse buildings, all of which are air conditioned. You’ll maintain a highly visible presence throughout the operation and should be comfortable walking between various buildings throughout the day to support employees, monitor inventory, troubleshoot issues, and keep operations moving.

WhatYou’llDo

• Managemanufacturingandproductionmaterialflow,includingfinishedgoodsmovementandinternaltransfers.
• Coordinate closely with production and operations as schedules, priorities, and material requirements change throughout the day.
• Monitorshortages,replenishmentrequirements,internalmaterialmovement,andoverallmaterialavailability.
• Investigateinventoryandsystemdiscrepancies,identifyrootcauses,anddrivecorrectiveaction.

• Utilize warehouse and inventory management systems to monitor activity, research discrepancies, and improve accuracy.

WhatWe’reLookingFor

• 3+yearsofproductionmanagementorleadershipexperiencerequired; ideally 5+ years within warehouse, distribution, production logistics, or a related environment.
