ACCU-STAFF is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations across die casting, machining and assembly in a Tier 1 automotive setting. You will coach and develop your team while driving safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost performance.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will champion Lean and continuous improvement, manage staffing and budgets, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Supply Chain to elevate plant performance.

Salary Range: $120-160K/year
