Job summary

Prime Car Wash Jacksonville is seeking a Production Manager to assist the General Manager in leading daily operations at our Jacksonville wash location. This role drives quality, safety, and guest satisfaction while coaching a team of frontline staff in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with maintenance, sales, and customer service, ensure smooth opening/closing procedures, and act as a mentor to develop future leaders as the company expands its footprint.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

As a Production Manager, you will be assisting the General Manager to lead production in the bay for this wash location. The PM position is vital to operations, sales, and employee issues at the wash. This position is a stepping stone to become an Assistant General Manager of a Prime location as we continue to expand.

Production Managers work side by side with their staff to ensure that Prime is delivering happiness by keeping quality at the forefront of our service execution. Production Managers must take ownership of all facets of the wash and must be constantly leading and coaching their teams to success!

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the car wash facility


• Opening and Closing of wash location


• Coaching and working with employees to better wash quality

• Knowledge of and an ability to perform all positions at Prime Car Wash (sales, labor, detail) in addition to management as needed

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of cars and detailing skills is a plus but not required
