Position type: Exempt The Production Manager oversees daily production operations to ensure schedules are met, cost variance is minimized, and utilization targets are achieved. This role is responsible for directing production activities, maintaining safety and quality standards, optimizing resources, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining the work environment.
