Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a hands-on Production Manager in Massachusetts to lead daily manufacturing operations on the production floor, coach teams, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with maintenance and operations to improve efficiency and support staffing and cross-shift communication.

This role requires strong people management and bilingual English/Spanish, with responsibility for safety, quality, productivity, ongoing

Salary: USD80000 - USD100000 per year

Our client is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations and support production teams in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys being on the production floor, coaching employees, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM

Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 (depends on experience)
