Job summary

ABC Imaging is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our production processes, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. The role requires a strong background in production workflows, color accuracy, and effective communication across teams.

You will write workflows, create production schedules, lead a production team, manage packing and shipping, and drive continuous improvement with a sharp focus on quality and detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and quality assurance.

• Manage all projects from start to finish, making sure schedules and quality are maintained.
• Managing production team and assigning work.
• Manage packing for shipping.
• Oversee shipping logistics and tracking of all deliverables.
• Sourcing and qualifying new print materials
• R&D for new projects, figuring out production process with very keen attention to detail and quality.
• Must be a problem solver to solve problems that come up along the way.
• Microsoft excel (Medium Level)

Qualifications:
