This hands-on leadership role focuses on improving processes, developing people, and keeping production running efficiently.

You will lead production activities, schedule, monitor costs, and collaborate with Sales and Engineering to align production and shipping.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of leadership in machinery/equipment in HVAC/fan manufacturing.
• Lead and motivate employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience with MRP systems and MS Office.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production activities, schedules, personnel, and develop weekly production plans.
• Monitor labor, materials, maintenance, and production costs.
• Work closely with Sales and Engineering to coordinate production and shipping schedules.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate production employees and participate in hiring.
• Ensure work instructions, engineering practices, safety & quality standards are followed.
• Track performance and identify opportunities for improvement as you drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Quality to ensure finished products meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and support equipment reliability.
• Use MRP systems to support production scheduling and material requirements.
• Support production budgets, purchasing, and resource planning.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys improving processes, developing people, and keeping production running efficiently.
