POSITION SUMMARY

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
