Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, including processing, packing, and quality control.
• Production Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to meet customer demands, maximizing efficiency and reducing waste.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all products meet company and regulatory standards (USDA, FDA, GMPs, HACCP, FSSC 22000).
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.
• Resource Management: Manage inventory levels and coordinate equipment maintenance to prevent delays.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production rates and performance.
