We are currently seeking a Production Manager to oversee the management of fabrication manufacturing resources to meet our goals for quality, profitability, on-time delivery, and customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide structured leadership to implement process control ensuring efficiency and quality in all manufactured products.
• Effectively manage manufacturing resources, including personnel, equipment, materials, facilities, and process knowledge.
• Collaborate across departments such as engineering, maintenance, and technicians to create effective production processes.
• Manage and lead fabrication technicians' supervisors or leads.
• Improve operational performance based on metrics like on-time delivery, job yields, cycle time, and production costs.
• Embed a culture of operational excellence utilizing Lean principles to engage and empower all workforce levels.
• Understand and positively influence REO's P&L through resource management and strategic growth collaboration.
• Generate ideas for improving company metrics using problem-solving methods like 5 Whys, 8D, or fishbone diagrams.
• Maintain daily updates on progress to coating or other customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, etc.) preferred.
• Background in Manufacturing/Operations required.
• Optical Fabrication background preferred.
• Lean leadership experience in a technical manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of management experience.

Pay Range: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
