UFP Site Built in Berlin, NJ, is seeking a Production Manager to lead plant manufacturing operations and drive cost, quality, and productivity.

The role develops schedules, coordinates with other areas, trains staff, monitors safety, and optimizes resources to meet business goals. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience are preferred, with strong Office skills and a solid understanding of production processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience as production supervisor or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of UFP’s organization, culture and product lines preferred.

We offer a wide variety of wood structural components, aluminum decks and rails, and cold formed steel structural components. We're currently looking for a Production Manager to join the team in Berlin, NJ. **Job Summary**The Production Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of a plant's manufacturing operations or multiple department operations consistent with cost, profit and productivity objectives.
