We offer a wide variety of wood structural components, aluminum decks and rails, and cold formed steel structural components. We're currently looking for a Plant Manager to join the team in Berlin, NJ. The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and coordination of sawmill operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and profitable production of lumber products. This role oversees production, maintenance, quality control, inventory management, and workforce performance while driving continuous improvement in safety, productivity, cost control, and operational excellence.
