Position Overview
The Production Manager serves as the operational backbone of the Digital Studio, bringing structure, clarity, and executional excellence to digital creative work. This role sits at the intersection of creative, production, and marketing, ensuring ideas move efficiently from concept through delivery while maintaining alignment with digital experience best practices.
Beyond managing timelines and workflows, the Production Manager acts as a strategic partner to creative and marketing stakeholders, helping shape how work gets done, identifying opportunities to improve operating models, and creating the processes needed to support a high-performing digital organization. The ideal candidate understands digital production environments and can translate creative vision into scalable, actionable workstreams that drive business outcomes.
- Lead intake, prioritization, and workflow management across Digital Studio initiatives and requests
- Support Amazon, owned-channel, and digital experience initiatives through strong project leadership and stakeholder coordination
- Provide perspective and recommendations on how digital production should be approached, ensuring work is scalable, channel-appropriate, and execution-ready
- Establish and maintain production processes that create clarity, accountability, and operational efficiency across workstreams
- Translate creative vision, digital experience requirements, and business objectives into executable plans and delivery roadmaps
- Partner with Creative, UX, Design, and Production teams to ensure work is appropriately scoped, sequenced, and resourced
- Drive alignment across stakeholders by facilitating clear communication, decision-making, and escalation paths
- Bring structure and organization to evolving digital initiatives while maintaining flexibility in fast-paced environments
- Identify workflow bottlenecks, operational gaps, and process improvement opportunities that enhance team effectiveness
- Manage cross-functional dependencies between creative development, content execution, production, and business stakeholders
- Ensure creative concepts and digital experiences are translated effectively into production-ready deliverables
- Partner with global, geo, and agency teams to coordinate workstreams and maintain operational alignment
- Monitor team capacity, resource allocation, and prioritization to ensure effective delivery against business needs
- Establish governance frameworks, documentation standards, and reporting mechanisms that support ongoing studio operations
- Create visibility into project health, risks, timelines, and dependencies while proactively driving issue resolution

Must-Have Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of experience in Production Management, Creative Operations, Digital Production, or Studio Management
- Experience supporting digital creative teams within an agency, brand, studio, or eCommerce environment
- Strong understanding of digital creative production, UX/UI workflows, content ecosystems, and modern digital experiences
- Proven ability to translate creative vision into structured execution plans and operational processes
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across Creative, Design, Production, Brand, and Business teams
- Demonstrated success building clarity, structure, and accountability within fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Experience establishing scalable workflows, intake processes, governance models, and delivery frameworks
- Ability to confidently challenge assumptions and provide recommendations that improve quality, efficiency, and execution
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
