Job summary

Benson is seeking a seasoned Production Operations Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in our Alpharetta warehouse. You’ll supervise workflows, enforce safety and quality standards, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.

Your leadership will drive efficiency, optimize processes, and develop SOPs while mentoring staff. A bachelor’s in a related field and 5+ years in production/warehouse with 2+ years in supervision are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or related field.
• OSHA 10 certification required; Lean Six Sigma or PMP preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a production or warehouse environment.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production activities and monitor workflows to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency and compliance.
• Lead and coach team members, providing feedback and development opportunities.
• Analyze performance data and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized production environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support accurate and timely job completion.

What You’ll Do

You will oversee daily production operations to ensure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This includes supervising workflows, enforcing safety and quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.

Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm

Flexibility: Availability to work overtime and occasional weekends during peak production periods.
