Job summary

Benson Integrated Marketing Solutions, Inc. seeks a results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will supervise workflows, enforce safety and quality standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations while driving efficiency and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or related field.
• OSHA 10 certification required; Lean Six Sigma or PMP preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a production or warehouse environment.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production activities and monitor workflows to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency and compliance.
• Lead and coach team members, providing feedback and development opportunities.
• Analyze performance data and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized production environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support accurate and timely job completion.

What You’ll Do:

You will oversee daily production operations to ensure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This includes supervising workflows, enforcing safety and quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.

Shift : 8:00am-5:00pm

Flexibility : Availability to work overtime and occasional weekends during peak production periods.

Key Responsibilities:
