• Develops comprehensive knowledge of panel and lumber grades.
• Learns lumber math and how to optimize material usage for cuts and yields.
• Learns to operate the business system for administrative functions.
• Develops an understanding of product costing.
• Under supervision, supports production scheduling and budgeting understanding.
• Performs reports and adheres to company policies and regulations.
