Job summary

Marelli is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Interiors team at our Lewisburg, TN office. You will ensure uptime and reliability of production equipment and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and coordination with production, engineering, and tooling teams. You will work with contractors when upgrades are needed, maintain records, and train others as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certification in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Experience with PLCs and automated equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Respond to breakdowns to restore operations.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders in CMMS.
• Identify root causes and assist in corrective actions.
• Assist with installation and improvement of equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs.
