Job summary

Legend Brands is seeking a Production Maintenance Technician to repair, maintain, and optimize manufacturing equipment and tools. The role supports preventive maintenance programs, participates in new equipment installations, and helps improve shop fixtures and gauges.

The position involves troubleshooting, welding, and coordinating maintenance projects, with a Monday-Thursday schedule from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Candidates should have welding experience and be able to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) knowledge and PPE compliance.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support for all process equipment, including repair of down equipment and coordination of maintenance projects.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose equipment, machine, and process-related issues.
• Perform maintenance, fabrication, adjustments, and repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Maintain spare parts inventory, order tools and parts, and ensure accurate maintenance records.
• Improve and execute preventive maintenance plans, including operator-level procedures.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
• Install, set up, evaluate, and recommend improvements for new and existing equipment.
• Modify equipment to optimize performance.
• Coordinate fabrication of fixtures and shop aids.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
