Familiarity with formal preventative maintenance program.

Responsibilities

Leads routine, periodic and special inspections to determine repairs or preventive actions.
Performs production equipment change-overs as scheduled or directed by shift supervisor.
Interprets blueprints, manuals, layouts and wiring diagrams.
Prepares documentation for preventive maintenance and machine operation.
Maintains records and inventory of spare parts for equipment repairs.
Responds to alarms and troubleshooting calls to maintain uptime.
