We are seeking a Overnight Production Maintenance Supervisor to join our team to oversee the maintenance operations on the night shift. This critical role ensures equipment reliability and plant readiness to meet production goals in a fast-paced, high-volume food production environment.

Night Shift Schedule: 7pm-7am (4/3/3/4 schedule)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities on all production and packaging equipment during the overnight shift.
• Provide leadership to a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and report operational issues to day-shift management.
• Collaborate with production and sanitation teams to ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Enforce compliance with OSHA and food safety regulations, including GMPs and HACCP.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or bakery industry.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Working knowledge of CMMS systems and basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work overnight hours, including weekends as needed.
