Job summary

PAC Worldwide Corporation in Middletown, OH is looking for entry-level Packers for 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM–8:00 PM or 8:00 PM–8:00 AM). Packers inspect and pack bubble mailers and support Machine Operators to ensure quality.

Starting pay is $16.65/hour with a $1.10 night diff, plus overtime opportunities. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 6 months of manufacturing experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a reliable, safety-focused work ethic.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret stacking diagrams and pack products accordingly.

What does a Packer do?

The Machine Packer is an entry level position for candidates looking to start a career with a stable and Machine Packers are responsible for the packing and inspecting of top-quality bubble mailers and providing feedback and assistance to the Machine Operator.

The Packer is the last set of eyes that looks at our finished product. This position is essential to our quality standards and is responsible for making sure our customers receive the product they deserve.
