Job summary

PAC Worldwide is hiring entry-level Packers in Phoenix, AZ to safely pack and inspect bubble mailers, following quality standards.

You start in the Packer role with potential to move into a Machine Operator position, with weekly pay, a base rate of $16.65/hour plus $1.10 shift differential, and strong benefits including medical coverage and 401(k) match. Overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or its equivalency.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing work history desired.
• Ability to interpret stacking diagrams and pack product accordingly.
• Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. from floor to waist on a regular basis.

What does a Packer do?

The Machine Packer is an entry level position for candidates looking to start a career with a stable and Machine Packers are responsible for the packing and inspecting of top-quality bubble mailers and providing feedback and assistance to the Machine Operator.

The Packer is the last set of eyes that looks at our finished product. This position is essential to our quality standards and is responsible for making sure our customers receive the product they deserve.
