Job summary

PAC Worldwide in Phoenix, AZ is hiring for an entry-level Packer position. The role involves packing and inspecting bubble mailers, and supporting the Machine Operator to maintain production quality.

You will start in the Packer role with opportunities to advance to a Machine Operator position, with benefits and growth supported by a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or its equivalency.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing work history desired.
• Ability to interpret stacking diagrams, and to pack product accordingly.
• Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. from floor to waist on a regular basis.

What does a Packer do?

The Machine Packer is an entry level position for candidates looking to start a career with a stable and Machine Packers are responsible for the packing and inspecting of top-quality bubble mailers and providing feedback and assistance to the Machine Operator.

The Packer is the last set of eyes that looks at our finished product. This position is essential to our quality standards and is responsible for making sure our customers receive the product they deserve.
