Summary

The Production Machine Operator will be responsible for operating production equipment and tooling in a manufacturing setting. In this role, you will be expected to follow production schedules, ensure quality control, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This posting is for our BSA2 plant located in Ellabell, GA. The starting base rate of pay will be $20.20 per hour. Upon being hired, team members who demonstrate advanced skills may qualify for a higher level of pay in the future.

Second and third shift have a $1.00/hr shift differential.

Overtime and occasional weekend shifts required.

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe) is a tier 1 supplier of Battery System Assemblies (BSAs) and Electric Powertrain (PE) Systems, which are key parts to produce electric vehicles based on state-of-art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

The responsibilities of a Production Machine Operator are to include but not limited to;

• Operating various production equipment and tooling
• Assembling products and parts in manufacturing processes
• Performing validation testing
• Meeting deadlines of individual production targets during shifts
• Creating progress reports, defect reports, and incident reports as necessary
• Maintaining lineside stock levels
• Keeping the worksite clean
• Reviewing and following manufacturing manuals/processes
• Following the company's safety and quality guidelines

Experience

• Automotive manufacturing experience
• Experience with SAP/MES
