You will work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, with opportunities for overtime during peak periods; starting pay is $17–$20 per hour plus a $2 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to operate and maintain machinery to production standards.
• Maintain records and reports.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work in hot environments.

Responsibilities

• Run machines safely, effectively, and efficiently.
• Assist in machine setups and changes as production demands.
• Assist in assembling kayaks and boats.
• Maintain clean work area and housekeeping after every shift.
