Role Title:

Production Machine Operator

Base Pay:

$25.32, paid weekly, with $1.50 shift premiums for working Saturday and Sunday Night

Incentives and Bonuses:

• Perfect Attendance Incentive - earn additional time off or attendance points for perfect attendance
• Volunteer Shift Incentive - earn extra time off or attendance points for voluntarily working extra shifts
• Monthly bonus payouts

Schedule:

Part-time, 12-hour weekend nights, 6 pm - 6:15 am, Saturday and Sunday

• Apply technical skills for safe operation and routine maintenance

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• 2+ years experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing
• Experience with routine maintenance tasks
