ams OSRAM USA Inc. is seeking a Machine Attendant to oversee a cell of high-volume automated machines in coating, quality, or packaging. You will impact output and take ownership of your portion of the process.

We value strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a collaborative environment. You will document machine and attainment performance daily, perform quality inspections, and support Lean continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment with a keen focus on machine quality and performance.
• Foster a collaborative work environment with all team members and support staff through both written and verbal communication.
• Document machine and attainment performance daily.
• Conduct quality inspection finish product.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities that align with Lean manufacturing principles.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards across all work areas.
• Troubleshooting minor mechanical issues.
