Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our Tempe production team. You will operate and monitor equipment, replenish materials as needed, and help maintain quality and safety throughout the shift.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, forklift certification within 30 days of hire, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with overtime and weekend work as needed. Pre-employment screening is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Must be able to learn and fully operate assigned production equipment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed through production shift.
• Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available and ready to be used to produce.
• Visually inspect production run and document results, confirming quality of product throughout production.
• Determine and report malfunctions to supervisor or manager to safety hazards and product defects.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area to maintain safety and performance standards.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.
