Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring a Machine Operator to oversee production equipment, monitor quality, and ensure materials are ready for the line. The role requires forklift certification and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with weekend/holiday shifts.

Qualifications

High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent degree/certificate.
Forklift Certification within 30 days from hire.
Must be able to learn and fully operate assigned production equipment.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to perform essential functions with little supervision.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed through production shift
Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available and ready to be used to produce
Visually inspect production run and document results. Confirming quality of product throughout production
Determine and report malfunctions to supervisor or manager to safety hazards and product defects
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area to maintain safety and performance standards
Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
