The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 years of manufacturing experience, basic computer skills (AS400, Microsoft Office), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to work in temperatures above 95°F.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have basic computer skills (AS400, Microsoft Office).
• Must have basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate paper mailer equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up, run, and troubleshoot equipment and processes.
• Monitor production against technical specs and standards.
• Adjust controls to ensure product quality and conformance.
• Record quality and production metrics within deadlines.
• Maintain inventory and control of materials and supplies.
• Provide clear instructions to assistants and mentor them.
• Follow all safety rules and company policies.
