Elevate is seeking a Production Machine Operator to join our team at Burlington Finishing Plant (formerly Burlington Industries). The role involves working in a non-climate controlled environment and may require overtime. Drug testing and background checks are mandatory upon employment offer.

Primary Job Duties:

• Operate and set up production machinery
• Meet or exceed quality standards
• Maintain regular attendance
• Follow company processes and procedures
• Follow verbal and written instructions
• Stand, walk, lift, bend, stoop, and reach during work
• Work cooperatively and respectfully with team members, vendors, and visitors
• Work in variable temperatures, including hot weather
• Maintain good housekeeping in all areas
• Complete drug and background screenings successfully

Mandatory Prerequisites:

• Competent reading and writing skills to interpret operating procedures, production records, and machine data sheets
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift
• Ability to push, pull, or lift over 50 pounds
