Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math used in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, calibration and operation of manufacturing equipment / powered equipment.
• Monitoring machine operations and production quality to ensure standards.
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery and documenting production data and maintenance activities.
• Following safety protocols to promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
