Ditsch USA is seeking a Production Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Cincinnati, OH. You will operate and monitor production equipment, perform start-ups and changeovers, and help ensure our products meet high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Perform start-up, shutdown, and changeovers
• Make adjustments to keep production running efficiently
• Perform product quality checks throughout the shift
• Inspect product appearance, weight, labeling, and packaging
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Load and replenish production materials
• Support equipment cleaning and sanitation activities
• Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards
• Work closely with production team to meet daily goals

This hands‑on role supports daily production by operating equipment, monitoring product quality, completing documentation, and helping ensure our products meet the high standards our customers expect. Previous machine operating experience is helpful, but we are willing to train someone with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality.

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Weekend work may be required based on production needs.

Great Backgrounds for This Position
