• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in an industrial environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production lines and ensure smooth operation during your shift.
• Communicate effectively via radio with team members.
• Perform hands-on tasks such as cutting material, sampling products, moving materials, and operating a forklift.
• Support housekeeping efforts including emptying trash carts and general clean-up.
• Assist with equipment start-ups and complete preventative maintenance tasks.
• Begin learning additional key roles as part of your skills progression (Levels 2–4).
• Understand and follow finished product specifications.
• Take on additional task as assigned by your supervisor.

If you have a background or interest in manufacturing, we have temp to hire full-time Production Operator positions at our Fernley, NV location, for 2nd shift, 2pm - 10:30pm and night shift, 10pm - 6:30am. Compensation

The base hourly rate for this position is $24.94.

Your Day to Day

What You Bring to the Team

Physical Requirements

Stand for extended periods. Safely lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs., sometimes in awkward positions. Perform repetitive hand motions and manual tasks. Work safely in a fast-paced, dusty environment with varying temperatures. Adapt to a rotating 8- or 12-hour shift schedule. Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach overhead regularly.
