Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment to meet department goals.
• Move, organize, and stage ingredients for production.
• Produce documentation to verify safety, quality, and production standards.
• Observe operations to ensure schedules and quality targets are met.
• Submit daily production reports.
• Inspect and test production line setups for proper operation.
• Check equipment daily for cleaning and safe operation.
• Clean and sanitize production facilities and equipment.
• Follow Plant Safety Program, GMP requirements, and safety protocols.
• Ensure adequate supplies for production schedules.
