Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to follow operating instructions, recognize equipment issues, and report them promptly.

• EnergieDock is hiring a Production Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and inspect equipment used in solar manufacturing. This role follows established procedures, identifies equipment or product issues promptly, and takes appropriate action within the scope of training and authorization to support safe operations and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, start, operate, and shut down production equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and product quality, and promptly identify and report abnormalities.
• Adjust machine settings within authorized limits to meet production requirements.
• Respond to equipment alarms and perform basic troubleshooting within the scope of training and authorization.
• Perform routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and operator-level maintenance.
• Record production output, downtime, and equipment issues, and follow applicable machine guarding and lockout/tagout procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation.
• Basic knowledge of electrical controls, including sensors, switches, control panels, and emergency stops.
• Strong hands-on skills and the ability to use common hand tools.
• Ability to follow operating instructions, recognize common equipment issues, and report them promptly.
• Dependable attendance, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
• Experience in solar manufacturing or automated production lines is preferred.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese or English in the workplace is preferred.
